Short answer: on a paid plan, you can use what you generate in commercial work. On the Free plan you cannot.

Common situations
An ad campaign for a client. Allowed on a paid plan. You are responsible for the rights to anything you uploaded.
Printing a result on a product you sell. Allowed on a paid plan. Check that the image does not contain someone else's brand, logo or a recognisable person.
Uploading a photo of a real person. You need their permission. HypeArt does not check this, and we are not responsible for uploads made without consent.
After you cancel a paid plan. Results you created while subscribed stay yours. Cancelling does not withdraw rights you already have.
Free plan results. Watermarked and for personal use only.
What we do not promise
We give you the rights we hold, and no more. We cannot promise that a generated image is free of other people's rights. AI models can produce results that resemble an existing work, a real person or a protected brand. Checking that your intended use is lawful is your responsibility.
