Payments
How billing works
Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. The amount and the next billing date are shown at checkout.
How to cancel your subscription
Write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, or use Contact us. We process cancellations within 24 hours. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Any credits left on your balance are forfeited when it ends, so use them before then.
How to request a refund
See our Refund Policy. In short: full refund within 3 days of a charge if you have used no more than 30% of the credits.
Credits and generations
How credits work
Credits are the unit we charge generations in. An image costs 25 credits, a video costs 200. Images and videos draw on the same balance. Your monthly credits arrive on your billing date, and unused credits carry over while your plan is active.
What a generation costs
Flux 1 [dev] — 25 credits · GPT Image 1.5 — 25 credits · Kling 2.6 Pro — 200 credits. New accounts get 150 credits on sign-up, which covers 6 images.
What happens if a generation fails
Credits are deducted when a generation starts. If it fails, they are returned to your balance. If that has not happened, write to support with the time of the attempt.

What the models can and cannot do
Image models struggle with text inside an image and with hands. Kling does not generate politically sensitive subjects. Video generation usually takes a few minutes.
File formats and sizes
